To be totally transparent with you I haven’t used PointsPrizes so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you on it unless of course it’s worth investing in.
What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party review of PointsPrizes that will hopefully help you to make the correct decision in the end.
PRODUCT NAME: PointsPrizes
OWNER/S: Mark Kempton
TYPE OF PRODUCT: GPT
PRICE: Free
SUMMARY: The good news is that if you were planning to join PointsPrizes you’ll be pleased to hear that it isn’t a scam but, instead a legitimate GPT site and app that you can use to make a bit of pocket change here and there. It’s free to join and the majority of the existing members have enjoyed using the service.
However, there are still a couple issues with it such as the really long time it takes to get paid out, the fact only USA is able to exchange points for gift cards and lastly it’s going to take a fair bit of tme to accumulate enough points to cash out so, it’s clearly not a great way to earn money online.
Nevertheless, if you’re comfortable with these flaws, it’s not all that bad a GPT opportunity. If on the other hand you’d rather fnd something that can help you make good money online, I suggest checking out how I make money online through my #1 recommdation, which is also free to join.

WHAT IS POINTSPRIZES?
PointsPrizes is a GPT (get paid to) site that pays out rewards to members for completing surveys, offers and watching videos.
It comes in the form of a websites and mobile app and was launched in July 2017, making it a fairly new system, and it was created by an Internet marketer named Mark Kempton.
I’ve reviewed quite few GPT sites on this website such as :
So I believe I’ve got a pretty solid grasp on what makes a good or a bad GPT system.

HOW DOES POINTSPRIZES WORK?
As a GPT Site, PointsPrizes has multiple different ways to earn money through it, as for what these different ways to earn points are, they include :
- Paid Surveys : This is the most common way through which most GPT sites tend to pay their members and of course PointsPrizes uses it too. As for the surveys you get, they’ll be from third parties and will be dependant on a number of factors which can be regarding the country you live in among other things. However, one problem with this method of earning points is that it’s quite likely the surveys may be sporadic nature.
- Paid Offers : Paid Offers are divided into top and regular offers and obviously require you to pay for something. Some of the offers available pay out pretty well but, it’s still best to check out the terms and conditions before committing to these riskier task.
- Coupon Codes : Coupon codes can be found all over the PointsPrizes site, social media etc. and what they do with these codes is give away free points to members who use them. Apparently they’re pretty rare so you’ve got to be on the look out for them.
- Watch Videos : Watching videos can earn you points but, only if you watch them through mobile devices within the app.
- Referrals : if can invite people through your unique referral link, you can also make a bit of money through PointsPrizes. You’ll get 10% of everything your referrals make.
- Play Games : You can earn points by signing up for certain games and playing uptill the requirements to get the points.
- Polls : You’ll be given the option to complete a short poll every day worth 5 points.
POINTSPRIZES’ REWARDS
As I’ve mentioned above, you get rewarded points everytime you complete a task and once you’ve accumalated enough points you’ll be able to cash out.
The minimum threshold for a cash out is $20 which is equivalent to 3000 points.
If you want get paid out, you have 2 different options you can take :
- Cash (BitCoin and PayPal) : Once you’ve accumalated 3000 points, you can convert it to cash and withdraw it through either PayPal or Bitcoin. It takes about 30 days to process both PayPal and Bitcoin withdrawals.
- Gift Cards : You can also exchange your points for gift cards. The gift cards code will be sent to your email address and will take around 7 days to process. However, this option is only available to US residents. For those living outside the USA, you’ll only be able to get the direct cash payments which sucks a little when you consider the 30 day processing period.
WHAT DO USER’S OF POINTSPRIZES SAY ABOUT IT?
I decided to do a little research to see what long time memebers of PointsPrizes said about its reliability on trust pilot and this is what I found.
In general it seems like the majority of people like the app and the tasks that you’re set to do by PointsPrizes.
However, a few individuals didn’t have the greatest of experience with the customer
service or receiving their payments.
Nonetheless, all in all, minus the few individuals who didn’t have the best of time with PointsPrizes, it seems that there’s a mostly positive outlook on this GPT app.
WHO IS POINTSPRIZES FOR?
PointsPrizes is for anyone that wants to make a bit of extra cash on the side and also doesn’t mind spending a bit of time on accumalting and waiting an fairly long period for the payments.
There are a few issues with people not being paid but, that’s likely due to them not reading the fine print on how long the money takes to be delivered. The customer service seems to be on point too so, I can’t say that you’ll be making a mistake if you decided to become a member.
THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
Takes A Long To Accumlate Points
The slow accumaltion of points also means that the income potential for PointsPrizes is very low, then again that’s not all that surprising to me but, if for some reason you thought that this app could help you out financially in a significant way, it probably won’t.
Takes Generally A Month To Get Paid Out To PayPal
The time it takes for payouts are very long. 30 days is a lot longer that what most other GPT sites take so this can be a bit of a con.
Then again GPT apps like PointsPrizes are only really designed to make a little bit of pocket change so it’s far from being an income source that anyone should rely on.
Gift Cards Are Only Available For USA
This is also another con because it limits the number of ways you can cash out your points if you’re not from the US. It’s probably not the biggest of deals but, considering it takes less time for the codes to be delivered, some people may prefer having the option to get a gift card.
THE GOOD THINGS
It’s Free To Join
This is obviously a good thing because you’re not taking a risk by joing the system. The worst case scenario would be that you’ve lost a bit of your time, which obviously isn’t necessarily the worst thing you could be risking.
Most People Are Happy With It And The Customer Service
Most people are happy with the services PointsPrizes provides so that definitely does add to the companies credibility and adds to the reasons why it may be worth trying out.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I’d suggest you check out my personal recommendation if you still want to make money online, though I’ll warn you right now, it isn’t something through which money will come easy.
It is nonetheless a great business model for the online space in my opinion
So what is this method that I’m talking about?
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it is because:
– expectations toward success are a lot more grounded
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
– it is a very scalable business
– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.
The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
