Unitex Capital Review (A Securities Fraud Crypto Scam!?)

It’s likely that you have come across Unitex Capital through an email list, on social media or got it recommended by a friend or family member.

Is Unitex Capital a scam? The reasons why you’re here is because you have want answers right so, that’s what I’m going to provide for you within this Unitex Capital review.

First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining Unitex Capital. For all you could have known, the product could be a major scam so the fact you’re here right now, researching whether or not that’s the case is a pretty smart move on your part.

To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of Unitex Capital so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.

What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at Unitex Capital that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.

PRODUCT NAME: Unitex Capital (UC

OWNER/S: Matthew Stevens??

TYPE OF PRODUCT: crypto based MLM? Nmj

PRICE: $50 or 0.01 BTC or 1 Ethereum (the minimum for all)

SUMMARY: Yes, I personally do believe that Unitex Capital is both a pyramid scheme and a scam as it does showcase the characteristics of such entities.

This is because recruitment is the only way that money will continue to be spread through the structure of the business, especially when you take into account the ridiculous 4.2% returns. The other issues include it not being governed within the regions it is dealing with securities meaning its committing fraud and the lack of retailable products is another major issue.

Ultimately even if UC does pay its members, it would only be via the new investment money that’s coming in and not from the valuation of the cryptos as a whole.

This in turn also means only the owners and maybe some of the early investors will profit in the end whilst the majority will lose money.

FINAL RATING: 0/5

RECOMMENDED: NO!!

WHAT IS UNITEX CAPITAL?

Unitex Capital logo

Unitex Capital is yet another one of these cryptocurrency MLM’s that claim they can make individuals upwards of 4.2% in daily returns.

I’ve come across quite a few of these systems in recent times and for the most part they don’t tend to be all that great.

The founder behind the company is said to be a guy called Matthew Stevens however, because there is no face on the website to identify Matthew, this leads me to believe much like the other crypto MLM scams like Kosmoh and Kangot that Matthew is probably not even real for.

There are a few other red flags that UC showcases too such as being around since 2017 and that it’s from New Zealand. First of all the official UC website only seems to have been registered in January 23rd 2020 making it hard to accept that the business came into fruition 3+ years ago.

As for the New Zealand lie, according to Alexa the majority of traffic that the UC website receives is from Vietnam (28%), Brazil (16%) and Russia (16%) so, either the marketing is pushed heavily towards Vietnam and the other 2 countries or what’s more likely is that the company is not based in New Zealand but in Vietnam instead.

Either way there really isn’t much that stands out about the company and a lot of what is being said isn’t very reliable either so, this immediately put this crypto MLM in a bad light for me.

UNITEX CAPITAL PRODUCTS

Other than ability to invest in the crypto tokens and in turn become an affiliate of the program, UC does not sell anything else.

What this means is that UC don’t offer any retailable products. The lack of retailable products for non affiliate customers is actually one of the clearest red flags that the FTC personally relay as a characteristic that pyramid schemes show.

Therefore, this is something that you should take this into account before even thinking about investing in this business opportunity.

HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH UNITEX CAPITAL?

As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Unitex Capital being no exception.

1. The first method is through the returns on your initial investments.

2. The second is through residual commissions you’ll earn from your downline team.

HOW TO GET STARTED

In order to participate as an affiliate, you’ll need to either invest a minimum of $50, 0.01 Bitcoin or 1 Ethereum.

At this moment in time just paying in USD is by far the cheapest option so if you were for some reason thinking about experimenting with UC, that’d be the path I’d take.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

There are a quite a few elements to the compensation plan and in this section of the review I’ll go over how they work so that you at least have a rough idea as to how payments are made.

Before moving onto the ways you can earn with UC, I first want to cover the different affiliate ranks on offer along with the investment necessary to achieve them :

  • Start – sign up as a Unitex Capital affiliate
  • Partner – invest $100 and convince others to invest at least $50,000
  • Agent – invest $1000 and convince others to invest at least $200,000
  • Manager – invest $5000 and convince others to invest at least $800,000
  • Director – invest $10,000 and convince others to invest at least $2,500,000
  • Gold – invest $15,000 and convince others to invest at least $8,000,000
  • Platinum – invest $20,000 and convince others to invest at least $15,000,000
  • VIP – invest $30,000 and convince others to invest at least $30,000,000

The first way to make money is said to be through the amounts you invest in the crypto currency.

This is of course split into 3 sections depending on which currency you decided to use as an investment. These investments are then said to be paid out between Monday and Friday .

USD Investment Returns

  • Starter – invest $50 or more and receive 1.3% a day for 18 days (123.4% ROI)
  • VIP – invest $50 or more and receive 2.8% a day for 151 days (522.8% ROI)
  • Premium – invest $500 or more and receive 1.6% a day for 28 days (144.8% ROI)
  • Expert – invest $3000 or more and receive 1.8% a day for 35 days (163% ROI)
  • Ultra – invest $10,000 or more and receive 2% a day for 44 days (188% ROI)
  • VIP Silver – invest $20,000 or more and receive 3.3% a day for 173 days (670.9% ROI)
  • Premier – invest $30,000 or more and receive 2.3% a day for 51 days (117.3% ROI)
  • VIP Gold – invest $50,000 or more and receive 3.8% a day for 192 days (829.6% ROI)
  • Grand – invest $100,000 or more and receive 2.7% a day for 58 days (256.6% ROI)
  • VIP Private – invest $150,000 or more and receive 4.2% a day for 204 days (956.8%) ROI

BTC Investment Returns

  • Optimal – invest 0.01 BTC or more and receive 2.5% a day for 78 days (295% ROI)
  • Advanced – invest 5 BTC or more and receive 2.8% a day for 78 days (318% ROI)
  • Innovation – invest 15 BTC or more and receive 3.1% a day for 78 days (341.8% ROI)

Ethereum Investment Returns

  • Optimal – invest 1 ETH or more and receive 2.5% a day for 78 days (295% ROI)
  • Advanced – invest 250 ETH or more and receive 2.8% a day for 78 days (318% ROI)
  • Innovation – invest 750 ETH or more and receive 3.1% a day for 78 days (341.8% ROI)

The return on investment for each currency is quite clearly insane where they suggest you can at the very least triple your initial investment in 3 months.

Although I do believe that in some rare instances achieving such results would be possible (look at the bitcoin surge in 2017 for example) but, if we’re being realistic these numbers are very very unlikely.

So, the fact that UC essentially claim these returns to be more or less the average according to the compensation plan is pretty outrageous to me.

Residual Commissions

UC utilises a unilevel structure to determine how much money an affiliate can earn residually through them.

This means that affiliates will be at the top of the structure and be able to recruit and earn infinitely however, the earning potential is capped vertically. The cap in this case is at the 11th level.

As for how an affiliate is paid, it is a percentage of the investments made within each level and the payouts also will be determined by your rank.

The payouts are as follows :

  • Start ranked affiliates earn 4% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 and 4
  • Partner ranked affiliates earn 5% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 5
  • Agent ranked affiliates earn 6% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 2% on levels 3 and 4 and 1% on levels 5 and 6
  • Manager ranked affiliates earn 7% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 2% on levels 3 and 4 and 1% on levels 5 to 7
  • Director ranked affiliates earn 8% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 2% on levels 3 and 4 and 1% on levels 5 to 8
  • Gold ranked affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on levels 4 and 5 and 1% on levels 6 to 9
  • Platinum ranked affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on level 5 and 1% on levels 6 to 10
  • VIP ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 4% on level 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on level 6 and 1% on levels 7 to 11

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS

UC Is Committing Securities Fraud

As UC is dealing with money, this in turn does imply that it’s working within the financial securities sectors.

What this means is that they must also be registered with the governing bodies within the region it’s operating in however, according to New Zealand’s governing body in the FMA and even Vietnam’s financial governing body in the SBV, UC doesn’t seem to be registered in either.

Therefore, this lack of registration would suggest that UC is actually committing securities fraud.

No Retailable Products Sold

As I mentioned above the FTC among other regulatory bodies deem the lack of any retailable products to non affiliates as big sign that the company is probably acting as an illegal entity.

Of course UC does not have any retailable products so this is a pretty big red flag in my books .

The Returns Are Pretty Darn Ridiculous

The returns offered are actually ridiculous being between 1.3% to 4.2%. I don’t believe that UC could afford any of these returns unless they pay the top ranking members with the new investment money that comes in.

This would also imply that UC in fact following the typical ponzi scheme structure.

I honestly don’t see any other way that these ridiculous returns could be satisfied and it also explains why recruitment plays a pretty crucial role in UC’s business plans.

THE GOOD THINGS

There is literally nothing good about Unitex Capital in my opinion. It’s simply your run of the mill crypto ponzi scheme and you should therefore avoid it at all costs.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION

I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).

Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.

This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.

The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because

– there is no need to recruit constantly

– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products

– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.

The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
