As it is a MLM, you’ll still need to be great at recruitment to find success, it’s a young company in a very competitive market meaning there’s a chance it may go under in the not too distant future and the really low success rates of MLM’s as a whole is another major reason why I’d suggest skipping Healx if you’ve seriously considered joining.

WHAT IS HEALX NUTRITION?
Healx is a CBD based MLM company that was founded in 2018. I found it hard to find who the owners of the company were but, through a bit of research I did find that Healx is in a partnership with Panacea Life Sciences and KulaBrands.
I found that Panacea is a non MLM brand that is manufacturing Healx’s products. On the other hand Kulubrands’ CEO, Peter Gantner, is the individual running Healx.
There’s not really anything unique about the company so joining it as a business opportunity may not be the best thing to do however, I don’t want to be making the decision for your right now that’s why throughout the rest of this review I’ll explain the core components of the company so that you have a better idea of whether Helax is for you.

HEALX NUTRITION PRODUCTS
Healx claims that their products are pharmaceutical grade and are certified organic hemp oil and bioavailable. What they mean by this is that the products go through five different tests to determine if they have the right amount of CBD and are safe for consumption.
This is I guess a positive and they do have certification confirming this.
As for the products Helax sell, they include the following :
- Xpress – “Rapid onset THC-Free formulation with rapid onset to treat acute and chronic pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, reduction of seizures, reduction of nausea, alleviates PTSD conditions, and possibly alleviate drug withdrawal symptoms”, retails at $97.50 for a bottle of 30 tablets
- Heighten – sustained release full spectrum oil used to treat acute and chronic pain, may be better than Xpress to treat sleep disorders and anxiety, reduction of seizures, reduction of nausea, inflammatory bowel disease, reduction of seizures, reduction of nausea, alleviating PTSD conditions and possibly alleviate drug withdrawal symptoms”, retails at $93 for a bottle of 30 soft gel capsules
- Tru-Relief – “topical pain relief balm that is applied to the skin to go directly to the source of pain”, retails at $70 for a 1 oz. tub (28.35 g)
- Yummies – “like taking a daily vitamin that will lower overall aches and pains, enhance focus, promote a sense of calm”, retails at $49.95 for a bottle of 30 CBD gummies
- Golden – “full Spectrum Hemp Oil that does contain THC”, retails at $59.95 for 500 mg or $159.95 for 1500 mg
- Canine – “designed to help your pet suffering from pain, cancer, joint issues, post-surgery complications and more”, retails at $45 for a bottle of 30 capsules
- Borbon – “the world’s first & only full-spectrum premium handcrafted soothing herbal massage serum”, retails at $78 for a 30 ml bottle
The items Helax sell definitely aren’t what I’d call affordable but, they’re also not too far off the average price MLM companies tend to charge for their products.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH HEALX NUTRITION?
As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Healx Nutrition being no exception.
1. The first method is by directly selling the product to other individuals and in return make a commission for the sales
2. You make money through your recruits and downline, by getting residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Joining Healx actually isn’t all that expensive, all you’ll need to is either spend $20 a year or generate $200 in retail sales, in which case Helax will waive the $20 fee.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Healx’s compensation plan doesn’t seem to be all that complicated but, this doesn’t mean it’ll be easy to make money with the company. Nevertheless, the plan is the most important element of the business opportunity so you definitely should learn it.
Retail Commissions
Although Helax does seem to mention this element of the plan, I’m sure that as a member you will get a discounted price on the products therefore, whenever you make a sale at the actual retail price, you’ll make a commission.
Residual Commission
This will be the primary way to make money with this MLM. Healx uses a unilevel structure through which it determines the amount of residual commissions an affiliate will make.
A unilevel structure in simple terms is a level based structure where horizontally an affiliate can recruit infinitely whilst it’s capped in the vertical sense. In this case the structure is capped at level 3.
As for how a affiliate will get paid, it’ll be as a percentage of sales their down line members generate.
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 18%
- level 2 – 4%
- level 3 – 6%
Affiliate Generation Pool
Healx puts aside 5% of the company wide monthly sales volume and places it into the Affiliate Generational Pool.
The pool is then paid out to affiliates where they earn one share in the pool for every $200 in sales volume generated on the third and deeper levels of their unilevel team.
There are more qualifications for this bonus too, which includes the following criteria :
- up to 50% of counted volume can come from any one unilevel leg
- if this maximum is reached (50% of volume outside one stronger leg), the outside 50% counts as double volume towards each $200 awarded share
- if no unilevel team leg contributes more than 30% toward Affiliate Generational Pool share qualification, sales volume counts as triple from the fourth unilevel team level for that month
- Lastly this is all reset every month

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
As Its An MLM, Recruiting Is Essential For Success
Most people will need to be great at recruitment to succeed with Helax. This isn’t to say affiliates won’t be able to make it work purely through sales however, you will likely need to sell 100+ items to get close to a full time income range.
Therefore, by recruiting many members who essentially earn for you on autopilot, provided they make sales, is the better approach for making money and ultimately even replacing your full time income through Healx.
Of course recruitment isn’t an easy thing to do and you’ll need a lot of dedication to make it work but, if you’re not willing to learn it or aren’t already good at it, I’d recommend not participating in Helax or any MLM company for that matter.
It’s A Very Competitive Market
Right now the CBD Oils business is really booming due to its potential however, because of this it is also becoming more and more competitive too with the likes of Kannaway, Bocannaco, Crush Global and many many other establishments in the MLM scene alone.
When you consider that Helax doesn’t have anything that stands out about it, it does become harder to recommend joining Healx over the others.
I guess this is natural and isn’t the biggest of problems but, when you consider most companies tend to go under within 5 to 10 years, Helax is barely a year old so there’s a good chance Helax won’t make it too long in the market.
Most People Are Likely To Fail
The success rates within MLM are so low that generally only 5% of all members tend to make $1k/month whilst only the top 1% of members make $2k+/month.
Of course it’s hard to discern if this is absolutely how Helax affiliates will perform however, having seen many tens of different MLM income statements, I’m pretty sure the numbers won’t be too much better than the numbers I’ve mentioned so, the chance of making it is still going to be pretty low.

THE GOOD THINGS
The Products Are Tested
There aren’t too many standout features regarding Healx but, the fact that their products do appear to be rigorously tested makes the company seem a lot more legitimate.

IS HEALX A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?
No, at this current moment it does not seem like Helax is a pyramid scheme or a scam therefore, it’s a legitimate MLM opportunity however, this doesn’t mean it’s a good company to do business with.
MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).
Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because
– there is no need to recruit constantly
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.
The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
