PRODUCT NAME: Elysium Network

OWNER/S: Fred Pascal Stege

TYPE OF PRODUCT: money management MLM

PRICE: €548.95 + €79.95/month

SUMMARY: At this current moment in time, based off the manner in which the money making structure of the company is concerned, there is a good chance that Elysium Network could be both a pyramid scheme and a scam.

The 2 main reasons being the lack of registration with security governing bodies as they are dealing with investments and secondly the whole compensation plan seems to be completely reliant on recruiting which would suggest that Elysium could be regarded as a pyramid recruitment MLM.

The other issues I have with it are the expensive costs to stay active along with the really low success rates of MLM’s as a whole.

Ultimately, I don’t think that Elysium is a very reliable company to work with which is why I’d personally suggest avoiding it.

FINAL RATING: 1/5

RECOMMENDED: No

WHAT IS ELYSIUM NETWORK?

Elysium Network logo

Elysium Network is a MLM company operating within the money management space and was founded by CEO and Chief Legal Officer Fred Pascal Stege.

The company claims to be located in 3 different corporate addresses namely Hong Kong, Sweden and Estonia.

According to Fred’s bio within the website he appears to have a background in law enforcement, experience within the affiliate marketing space and a track record of success in Operations, Finance, Financial Markets, Trading, Marketing, Management and Sales in multi-billion US$ ventures.

In regards to Fred’s background within the MLM space, he seems to have been a co-owner of Vemma’s African and Israeli markets in 2005.

In 2010 he left Vemma and started up his own company called Origin Pure which was a nutritional based company. Origin Unite, which appeared to have been the sister company to Origin Pure was launched shortly after Origin Pure in late 2011.

However, both companies eventually collapsed in 2016. After both of these companies collapsed he applied to sign up as the General Manager for Northern Europe in Jeunesse. He finally appears to have left this position in mid 2019 before recently launching Elysium in March 2020.

So it’s safe to say that Fred has a fair bit of experience within the MLM industry, particularly within the top roles of these companies so, at the very least he should have a decent idea on how such an entity works for extended periods of time even if his lone ventures resulted in failure.

ELYSIUM NETWORK PRODUCTS

Elysium seems to offer individuals the ability to make an investment through the company’s investment scheme via the Elysium Capital Pinnacle Portfolio.

This investment portfolio claims to generate revenue through currency trading, manual & via EA, complex mathematical and statistical modelling as well as through High Frequency Trading (HFT).

If an individual wishes to get involved in the portfolio, they’d need to invest €500 or more.

HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH ELYSIUM NETWORK?

As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Elysium being no exception.

1. The first method is via the passive income made from investments

2. The second method is through your recruits and downlines where you’ll receive residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.

HOW TO GET STARTED

If you want to join Elysium and gain access to the compensation plan you’d need to firstly invest in the affiliate membership which will set you back €548.95 and then €79.95 per month thereafter.

So yeah, joining this MLM will set you back well over €1.4k in your first year and just over €1k every year afterwards making it quite the expensive investment.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

There are many elements to the compensation plan that are worth learning if you’re planning on becoming an affiliate for Elysium, which is what I’ll be covering in this section of the review.

First and foremost you should know that there are 12 different affiliate ranks that can be achieved within the MLM however, for some reason the qualifying criteria for each isn’t specified.

As for what these ranks are, they include the following :

  • IB
  • 1-Star IB
  • 2-Star IB
  • 3-Star IB
  • 4-Star IB
  • 5-Star IB
  • 6-Star IB
  • 7-Star IB
  • 8-Star IB
  • 9-Star IB
  • Diamond IB President
  • Diamond IB Chairman

Direct Commissions

The first way affiliates can make money with Elysium is from recruiting others. The commissions earned here are split into 2 different sections :

  • earn €25 EUR on the recruitment of a €179.90 EUR affiliate
  • earn €100 EUR on the recruitment of a €548.95 EUR affiliate

Residual Recruitment Commissions (Unilevel)

There are a few different ways affiliates can make residual income with Elysium, with the first way being through a unilevel structure.

As for how this structure works, Affiliates will be able to recruit infinitely in the horizontal sense however vertically the earnings will be capped. In this case the earnings are capped at the seventh level.

Affiliates can earn €25 for a €548.95 purchase with the levels within earning residual commissions based off of their ranks.

  • IB ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on two unilevel team levels
  • 1 Star IB ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on three unilevel team levels
  • 2 Star IB ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on four unilevel team levels
  • 3 Star IB ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on five unilevel team levels
  • 4 Star IB ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on six unilevel team levels
  • 5 Star IB and higher ranked affiliates earn residual recruitment commissions on seven unilevel team levels

Residual Recruitment Commissions (Binary)

The binary structure follows a different pattern through which an affiliate can earn money.

In this case an affiliate is placed at the top of the structure and is able to recruit members at the left and right leg of the structure, these recruits will do the same as will their recruits resulting in exponential growth and earning potential vertically.

Affiliates will be paid out €20 for a 200GV match on both legs which in turn will also result in a cycle being completed.

These cycle commission are capped based on the rank of an affiliate :

  • IBs can earn 3 cycles a week
  • 1-Star IBs can earn 5 cycles a week
  • 2-Star IBs can earn 10 cycles a week
  • 3-Star IBs can earn 15 cycles a week
  • 4-Star IBs can earn 25 cycles a week
  • 5-Star IBs can earn 50 cycles a week
  • 6-Star IBs can earn 75 cycles a week
  • 7-Star IBs can earn 100 cycles a week
  • 8-Star IBs can earn 150 cycles a week
  • 9-Star IBs can earn 250 cycles a week
  • Diamond IB Presidents can earn 500 cycles a week
  • Diamond IB Chairmans can earn 750 cycles a week

There are also a few other bonuses available such as the matching bonus, ROI bonus and the diamond pool bonus but they’re not worth learning about as a beginner.

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS

Recruiting Seems Crucial For Success

From what I’ve noticed within Elysium, although they seem to offer some kind of investment opportunity, the large majority of its compensation plan seems to be reliant on an individuals ability to recruit, which is quite problematic as that would be a sign of Elysium being a possible pyramid recruitment scheme.

Anyhow, I’m sure that major money maker within Elysium is through recruitment so, if you’re not willing to do that, your chances of success as an affiliate won’t be too great.

It Appears To Be Committing Securities Fraud

When a company deals with the money of others particularly through trading based or investment based endeavours, they are required by law to be registered to the securities governing bodies in the regions they operate within and as far as I could find, Elysium does not seem to be registered.

This is a major red flag and essentially means Elysium may have something to hide when it comes to the money.

From my knowledge having checked out MLM’s previously committing securities fraud, it’s likely that the securities of newer members are used in order to pay higher up affiliates, which of course would mean Elysium isn’t really acting as a legitimate MLM entity.

Expensive Costs To Remain Active

If you want to join, it’ll set you back quite a hefty fee. Not only will you need to invest nearly €550 to become an affiliate but you’d also need to maintain a consistent monthly fee of €80 to remain active.

This means that in the first year you’d need to have around €1.5k to invest in the opportunity and €1k a year thereafter with a very small chance of making it to the top and succeeding as an affiliate.

This is probably one of the more expensive opportunities I’ve come across in recent times and it may prove to be a major problem for the majority of you joining.

Most People Will Likely Fail

Although there is no data to back up this point due to how new Elysium is, having checked out tens of different income disclosure statements from other more established MLM’s I do believe that the chances of affiliates succeeding within Elysium is likely to be really low.

In general I’ve found that only 5% of members tend to make a decent income of $1k/month whilst a much smaller portion at 1% tend to make a full time income of around $2k+/Month.

In regards to the majority of affiliates, generally 70%+ tend not to even make back their initial investments.

THE GOOD THINGS

Fred Is Experienced In The Industry

There aren’t too may standout things about Elysium right now but, I do think Fred’s experience within the business and MLM industry is a positive even if his own company’s did collapse eventually.

IS ELYSIUM NETWORK A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?

At this current moment in time, based off the manner in which the money making structure of the company is concerned, there is a good chance that Elysium Network could be both a pyramid scheme and a scam.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION

I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).

Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.

This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.

The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because

– there is no need to recruit constantly

– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products

– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.

The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
