WHAT IS XOXO NETWORK?
XOXO Network appears to be yet another one of these too good to be true cryptocurrency gifting based MLM’s that is more or less completely reliant on an individuals ability to recruit others.
The website itself was registered in May 23rd 2020 and the whole business model does not seem to disclose who operates as the owner behind the scene.
In short there is little to no information about the company other than the fact you can buy into the investment opportunity and the compensation plan outline.

XOXO NETWORK PRODUCTS
XOXO does not appear to offer non affiliate customers the ability to purchase or invest. Everything that a user can buy also must require them to be an affiliate, which in and of itself is a characteristic that even the FTC deem as a pyramid scheme-esque like trait.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH PRODUCT?
As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, however XOXO Network is completely different as most of its income potential is as a result of 2 recruitment based methods
1. The first method is by recruiting and earning residual income
2. The second method is by completing matrix cycles and receiving gifting payments.
HOW TO GET STARTED
If you want to join XOXO network, you’d need to invest the following amounts, which in turn will unlock more of the compensation plan :
- 0.1 ETH is required to participate in the pyramid recruitment side of the business
- 0.2 ETH is required to participate in the gifting side of the business
Therefore, in total you would need to invest 0.3 ETH to gain full access to XOXO’s compensation plan.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Based off of the joining fees it shouldn’t surprise you that there are 2 core ways to make money with XOXO.
Recruitment Income
XOXO follows a unilevel structure to determine how much an affiliate will be able to earn through direct and indirect recruitment.
The structure used here is a unilevel one meaning that an affiliate will be able to earn infinitely horizontally but vertically the earning potential will be capped. In this case it’s capped at the 4th level.
As for how much an affiliate will make per level, it will be a percentage of the fees paid by recruits :
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 0.05 ETH
- level 2 – 0.025 ETH
- level 3 – 0.015 ETH
- level 4 – 0.01 ETH
Gifting Payments
The second manner through which affiliates will be able to earn with XOXO is through the 0.2 ETH which is gifted to you through the use of six tier 3 x 1 matrix structure, as long as you qualify.
Each tier is regarded as a cycle and a cycle is fully completed when a member recruits 3 individuals personally.
As for how the payments are made for each tier, it is as follows :
- Tier 1 (positions cost 0.2 ETH) – receive 0.1 ETH and cycle into tier 2
- Tier 2 – receive 0.15 ETH in gifting payments and cycle into level 3
- Tier 3 – receive 0.2 ETH in gifting payments and cycle into tier 4
- Tier 4 – receive 0.25 ETH in gifting payments and cycle into tier 5
- Tier 5 – receive 0.35 ETH in gifting payments and cycle into tier 6
- Tier 6 – receive 0.5 ETH in gifting payments and cycle into a new Tier 6 matrix
Furthermore, when an affiliate is able to achieve the 6th tier, the direct upline will also gain access to the following commissions :
- initial 0.2 ETH gifting payment = 0.1 referral commission
- cycling into tier 2 – 0.15 ETH referral commission
- cycling into tier 3 – 0.2 ETH referral commission
- cycling into tier 4 – 0.25 ETH referral commission
- cycling into tier 5 – 0.35 ETH referral commission
- cycling into tier 6 – 0.5 ETH referral commission

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
Completely Reliant On Recruitment
Both the residual and gifting payments are completely reliant on the users ability to recruit which is obviously a major red flag and not something legitimate MLM like entities do.
This is because when a company only brings in money through the money of newer recruits as opposed to through product sales for example, they would then technically be completely reliant on the new money bought in through recruitment to stay afloat and once recruitment stops, the company in question will likely collapse.
The fact is that the large majority of individuals will lose money if they follow XOXO’s business opportunity therefore, it goes without saying why this is a red flag.
They Don’t Offer Any Tangible Products
The lack of any tangible products for non affiliate customers is yet another major and even a somewhat common red flag that I’ve seen among pyramid corporations.
The fact is that the FTC deem this as a pretty clear red flag and in turn it’s another huge reason to not waste time on XOXO.
No Information On Who The Owner Is
This is an element I’ve found to be very common among scams too so, the lack of information on who the owner behind XOXO is a another fairly solid reason to not get involved with the company.
THE GOOD THINGS
There is literally nothing good I can say about XOXO Network, it’s simply a business opportunity that absolutely no one should get involved with if they want to make legit and sustainable money online.

IS XOXO NETWORK A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?
Yes, I personally do believe that XOXO Network is a both a scam and a pyramid scheme and there are a fair few major red flags that place it in this category for me.
The lack of information on who runs the company is one major red flag, the lack of any tangible products for non affiliate customers is another red flag and of course the heavy reliance on recruitment to make money is a pretty good reason to avoid it too.
MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).
Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because
– there is no need to recruit constantly
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.
The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
