It’s likely that you have come across R Network through an email list, on social media or got it recommended by a friend or family member.
Is R Network a scam? The reasons why you’re here is because you have want answers right so, that’s what I’m going to provide for you within this R Network review.
First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining R Network. For all you could have known, the product could be a major scam so the fact you’re here right now, researching whether or not that’s the case is a pretty smart move on your part.
To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of R Network so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.
What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at R Network that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.
PRODUCT NAME: R Network
OWNER/S: Richard Smith (president), Trent Walker, Roger Taylor, Kevin Wiscombe, and Troy Muhlestein.
TYPE OF PRODUCT: Services based MLM
PRICE: $50/month
SUMMARY: At the current moment, considering how young R Network is, it’s hard to fully label it as a pyramid scheme or a scam but, it does show a few characteristics of some pyramid scheme.
This is mostly the heavy emphasis on recruitment but, the really confusing choice of providing way too many services and the high chance of failure within the MLM scene (which likely includes RN too) are a few other reasons why I personally wouldn’t recommend joining R Network if you’re serious about making money online or off.

WHAT IS R NETWORK?
RN is a MLM company founded in early 2019 by Richard Smith (president), Trent Walker, Roger Taylor, Kevin Wiscombe, and Troy Muhlestein.
The company doesn’t seem to focuse on one specific niche but instead offers a variety of different services from a mortgage service, a mobile service, and even their “RevvCard” that users can apply for once they become members.
The basic premise behind RN is to provide members the ability to save some money.
As for a little background on the owners, Richard seems to have a fair bit of experience within the MLM and direct marketing industry and also claims to have been handling around $700 million a month when he used to work within Google’s financial sector in the past.
He also claims to have generated $1 billion in revenue through his 4 previous companies. If it’s true then that’s pretty darn amazing but, it’s hard to believe his claims because it just comes across as way too ridiculous.
Roger Taylor appears to have experience as an executive management and marketing director, Trent Walker is the founder and CEO of netchain2.com, Kevin Wiscombe’s background is in the mortgage and finance industries, whilst Troy Muhlestein’s background is in manufacturing and executive management.
The addition of these guys also explains why RN is willing to work with multiple different services immediately after starting up instead of slowly diversifying over time.
In short, the people behind R Network seem to be quite experienced although some of the claims being made are completely outlandish nevertheless, in this review I’ll cover the services offered and the business opportunity in more detail so that you can make a more educated decision on whether RN is worth joining or not.

R NETWORK PRODUCTS
R Network has quite a lot of services available, some that seem way too ambition whilst others don’t seem all that necessary. Anyways, the different services they offer include the following :
- R Perks : This service will be unlocked if you become a member at no extra cost. It’ll allow you to save money each time you dine out, watch a movie, play a round of golf and on other forms of entertainment. R perks is only available for members living in the U.S. and Canada.
- R Travel : This will allow members to get discounts and access to more exclusive deals whenever they travel. If you’re a member, this’ll allow you to save money on hotel bookings, car rentals, cruises, and flights.
- R Network Concierge : When you become an R Network member, you’ll gain access to an R Network Concierge. The concierge is an industry expert who can assist members on how to get the best deals and discounts.
- R Mobile : This is able to help you with your mobile bill and hopefully aim to decrease the costs in the long run.
- R Autos : This is a service that aims to help you with buying a new car. You simply tell a concierge what model, the price you’re looking for and they’ll purchase the car and ship it do your door.
- R Mortgage : This is a mortgage based service where you simply fill out a form and a R Network concierge will find you the best rates.
- R Meds : With R Meds, you’ll be able to purchase medications without insurance requirements, health restrictions, deductibles, and co-pays. When you become a member, you’ll be given a pre-activated card that can be used immediately. It’ll never expires and is said to be accepted in pharmacies nationwide.
- R Bank : This is unavailable at the writing of this review but once they open up their bank, RN claims that it’ll provide members with banking services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, debit cards, and bills payment.
- RevvCard : This is R Network’s very own rewards card. This card allows you to earn rewards and get discounts on different transactions. The RevvCard is around $100 – $150 for RN members.
As you can see, RN has way too many services for a company that’s only recently started up, so I do doubt that they’ll all be top notch if you were to use them.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH R NETWORK?
As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, RN being no exception.
1. The first method is by directly selling the product to other individuals and in return make a commission for the sales
2. You make money through your recruits and downline, by getting residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.
HOW TO GET STARTED
If you want to become a member, there are 2 different memberships levels you can sign up as. These include the following :
- Charter Member ($50/Month) : Charter members can join R Network’s Facebook group. They can also find more information on local gatherings, training, and calls. Members will also have access to the back office.
- Fann Club : Joining the Fann club is actually free to do and provides you access to quite a lot of benefits. Fann club members will have access to R Mobile, R Mortgage, R Autos, R Meds, and R Petmeds.
The main difference between the 2 membership levels is that only Charter members will be eligible to earn commissions from the compensation plan so, if you’re interested in the compensation plan, only one of the 2 memberships will be useful for you.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
In this section I’ll cover RN’s compensation plan, which arguably is the most important element of an MLM company so if you’re serious about becoming a member, it’s definitely mandatory you learn it. I’ll only be going over it briefly in this section.
T3 Bonus
When you recruit your first three team members (charter members), you’ll receive the T3 Bonus. This bonus amounts to $50 per month and pretty much covers the charter membership fee.
Power3 Rank
This bonus is unlocked if you can enroll three other Charter members (6 in total) within your first seven days as a Charter member. The bonus unlocks all ten tiers of your Team Building Structure.
Founder Rank
Charter members who have enrolled ten new affiliates have a chance to re-enter the Team Building Structure with a new Charter Member position.
You’ll also be able to earn $50 from your first three team members if they replicate everything you’ve already done.
Personal Enrollment Network (PEN)
all the affiliates you enroll are placed into your PEN. As long as you enroll three new affiliates to R Network, you can unlock three tiers and receive a T3 bonus of $50. Affiliates will also receive this bonus as long as themselves and the team members within their PEN are active.
Matrix Commissions
RN uses a 3 x 10 matrix structure through which they allow members to make money residually. The matrix structure simply means each affiliate is able to recruit 3 members and they’ll only be able to earn till the 10th level of the structure however, if the maximum number of positions were to be filled, an affiliate could have potentially 88572 in the downline team.
If you want a more detailed look at the plan, I’d suggest checking out the video below.

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
Recruitment Is Essential For Success
There doesn’t appear to be any element to the compensation plan that requires you to do anything besides recruitment, which to me implies that recruitment will likely be the most important element to the compensation plan if you want to succeed with RN.
So, if you’re not willing to get good at recruitment if you aren’t already, RN probably won’t the greatest fit for you.
There Are Way Too Many Services Available
This isn’t necessarily a huge concern because at least RN offers a variety of services however, the fact most of what’s offered is within multiple different niches, it leads me to question the company’s focus.
You’ve got to bare in mind that RN isn’t even a year old yet they’ve already delved in, automobile, mobile, medicine and even the banking sectors, which isn’t very typical of most MLM companies I’ve seen. In fact generally only the more established institutions tend to diversify to this extent.
RN is essentially trying to be the jack of all trades but at it’s current pace, it doesn’t seem like it’ll master any of them. This could mean that joining the company may not be as good as it potentially could be considering the “talent” shown by the founders.
Once again this isn’t the biggest issue I have with RN but, the lack of proper identity, to me, suggests that it’s quite unlikely for the MLM to be as successful as the co founders would like it be.
Most People Will Fail
I’ve found that generally only 5% of all members within MLM companies tend to make a decent sum of around $1k/month whilst an even smaller 1% of all members tend to generate $2k+/month, roughly around the full time income range.
Although RN doesn’t have it’s own income disclosure statement at this point, mostly due to how young it is at the writing of this review, having seen tens of other MLM’s, I’m pretty certain that the chances of finding true success with RN will be really low and probably will match the stats mentioned above.

THE GOOD THINGS
There isn’t anything that really stands about RN in my opinion. I feel like it’s doing way too much too quickly therefore, there’s a good chance it could collapse before it reaches the pinnacle it’s aiming to achieve.
Then again I could be wrong nevertheless, I still don’t think it has any concrete solid things to point out.

IS R NETWORK A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?
At the current moment, considering how young R Network is, it’s hard to fully label it as a pyramid scheme or a scam but, it does show a few characteristics of some pyramid scheme.
This is mostly the heavy emphasis on recruitment but, the really confusing choice of providing way too many services and the high chance of failure within the MLM scene (which likely includes RN too) are a few other reasons why I personally wouldn’t recommend joining R Network if you’re serious about making money online or off.
MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).
Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because
– there is no need to recruit constantly
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.
The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
If you have any questions that you would like to ask me regarding RN, feel free to do so in the comments section below and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you have your own thoughts about RN and would like to talk about it, again feel free to do so in the comments below!
