Is Globallee A Scam?(A Nutritional Pyramid Scheme!?)(REVIEW)

It’s likely that you have come across Globallee through an email list, on social media or got it recommended by a friend or family member.

Is Globallee a scam? The reasons why you’re here is because you have want answers right so, that’s what I’m going to provide for you within this Globallee review.

First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining Globallee. For all you could have known, the product could be a major scam so the fact you’re here right now, researching whether or not that’s the case is a pretty smart move on your part.

To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of Globallee so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.

What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at Globallee that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.

WHAT IS GLOBELLEE?

Globallee logo

Globalee is a health and wellness MLM founded not to long ago in 2019. The owners of the company are Mark McKnight (CEO), Lamia Bettaieb (President) and Nauder Khazan (Chairman).

The CEO, Mark, seems to have the most experience out of the 3 in the health and wellness industry. In 1995 he was already the Vice president of marketing and sales for a company called ACI, in 2008 he decided to leave that company and become a senior industry consultant, in 2010 he signed up for another company called Healthy Natural where he became the president.

In 2017, Mark left that position and became a consultant again before launching Globallee.

The Chairman, Nauder also has a bit of experience in business, although more so in the MLM industry as he founded one in 2011, although a pretty shady one at that. This company was called Stiforp.

All in all, the main owners do seem to be experienced individuals, which may be a good thing for a new company like Globallee to become a successful company however, whether or not it’s a great opportunity for normal folk to pursue is a different matter entirely.

GLOBALLEE PRODUCT LINE

Globallee sell nutritional based products where at the moment they currently have 2 products being manufactured. I guess this is in one way a good thing because it means Globallee aren’t spreading themselves too thin trying to perfect tens of different products but, it also a negative as consumers don’t have as much choice.

Nevertheless, the products they sell are 4 products called Eterno, Taka, Eternity and BeneTRIM Coffee although the first 2 products are their flagships

Eterno

Globallee eterno

According to their website, Eterno “contains a revolutionary formula that uses natural ingredients to work with your body and produce growth hormone.”

This in turn is meant to help you in many ways where Globallee claims users will experience an increase in cellular repair, strength, vigor, mood, energy, healthy proteins etc. In general terms this is a marketing strategy used to overhype Eterno so, whether or not it’ll deliver on these claims will be dependent on how each individual reacts to it.

This supplement is sold as a retail capsule cream pack for $156.25 (so not all that affordable…)

Taka

Globallee taka

Taka is the Globallee’s nutritional drink formula that claims that through the formulation of “antioxidants, superfoods, natural energy, and delicious flavor,” you’ll feel refreshed and energized after consuming the drink.

Once again whether this will be beneficial is also dependent on each individual but, one thing I can say for sure is that $45 for one box of fifteen single-serve sachets or two boxes for $75 is pretty expensive for a few packets of powder.

I couldn’t find much info on the coffee that’s sold but Eternity seems to be a “bio-identical progesterone cream” which retails for $79.95.

HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH GLOBALLE?

As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Globallee being no exception.

1. The first method is by directly selling the product to other individuals and in return make a commission for the sales

2. You make money through your recruits and downline, by getting residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.

HOW TO GET STARTED

If you want to join the company you will first need a sponsor to sign up through, then you’ll need to purchase one of the company’s starter kits, which start of at $49.99 for simply an IBA Kit but can go as high as $1049.94 for their biggest enrollment kit.

I believe the only difference between the basic kit and the $1k kit is that the more expensive one has more products and likely a larger profit margin per sale over any of the smaller enrollment packages above the IBA kit.

Then again, after doing some research I did find that it might be necessary to purchase a $299 enrollment pack to be eligible for the compensation plan commissions.

There also appears to be an autoship aspect that you’ll need to partake in, where you’ll need to invest a minimum of $59.95/month on product to be shipped to you.

Another way an affiliate can become an active affiliate for the commissions is by recruiting 3 other people who are an autoship plan (i.e a minimum of 50pv order a month)

Nevertheless, if we’re talking only the minimum payments to remain an active member, it’ll still cost individuals $600 to remain active, which isn’t necessarily the most expensive in the MLM business space but, it’s still quite a steep investment nonetheless.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

The compensation plan that Globallee have is quite detailed and it will eventually be necessary for you to learn it all if you’re serious about the opportunity but, in this section I’ll briefly go over it so that you have a rough idea on how you can earn with the company.

Firstly, I’ll list down all the different ranks within the company along with criteria to achieve them :

  • Independent Brand Ambassador – sign up as a Globallee affiliate
  • Team Builder – maintain MLM commission qualification and recruit and maintain at least two MLM commission qualified affiliates (one on each side of your binary team)
  • Team Leader – maintain MLM commission qualification and recruit and maintain at least two Team Builders (one on each side of your binary team)
  • Senior Team Leader – maintain MLM commission qualification and recruit and maintain at least four Team Leaders (two on each side of your binary team)
  • Emerald Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least three Team Leaders (1:1) or nine Team Builders (3:3), and generate 50,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 20,000 GV-RC a month
  • 1-Star Emerald Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least six Team Leaders (2:2) and at least one Emerald Executive, and generate 100,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 40,000 GV-RC a month
  • 2-Star Emerald Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least nine Team Leaders (3:3) and at least two Emerald Executives, and generate 150,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 60,000 GV-RC a month
  • Ruby Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least twelve Team Leaders (4:4) and at least three Emerald Executives, and generate 250,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 100,000 GV-RC a month
  • 1-Star Ruby Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least one Ruby Executive, and generate 500,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 200,000 GV-RC a month
  • 2-Star Ruby Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least two Ruby Executives, and generate 750,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 300,000 GV-RC a month
  • Diamond Executive – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least three Ruby Executives, and generate 1,000,000 GV a month for three consecutive months or 400,000 GV-RC a month

Not including the independent ambassador, there are in total 10 different ranks an active affiliate can achieve with Globallee. This implies that a lot of recruitment will be necessary to reach those higher ranks but, this honestly isn’t all that surprising to me.

Retail Commissions

These are commissions you’ll earn whenever you personally manage to sell one of Globallee’s products. The basic commission rate is 20%.

Preferred customers, otherwise known as the individuals who are on the autoship plan will be eligible to receive a 50% commission of the sales volume generated.

This means an affiliate that is a preferred customer will be able to receive 40% off of the 50% of a preferred customers order volume. This is determined by the number of preferred customer an affiliate has within their team.

  • Ambassadors (one to four preferred customers) earn 20% on preferred customer order volume
  • Bronze Team affiliates (five to nine preferred customers) earn 25% on preferred customer order volume
  • Silver Team affiliates (ten to fourteen preferred customers) earn 30% on preferred customer order volume
  • Gold Team affiliates (fifteen to nineteen preferred customers) earn 35% on preferred customer order volume

Recruitment Commissions

When an affiliate recruits an individual and this individual also purchases one of the enrollment packages, the affiliate will be rewarded a commission :

  • Brand Ambassadors earn a 5% recruitment commission rate
  • Qualified Ambassadors earn a 10% recruitment commission rate
  • Team Builders earn a 15% recruitment commission rate
  • Team Leaders and higher earn a 20% recruitment commission rate

Residual Commissions (binary)

This is once again split into 2 different sections much like retail commissions. This is on the initial orders and then on all orders afterwards.

Initial orders are paid our via a binary structure where every affiliate can recruit 2 members, one on the left leg and right leg.

So how affiliates get paid is when 1000 GV is tracked and matched on both sides of the binary team, a $100 “cycle” commission is paid out. An affiliate can earn upto $30k a week in this manner. Also when an affiliate generates 10 cycles, an additional $500 Accelerator Bonus is paid out.

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

This is the commission paid on every other sale after and uses a unilevel structure instead. This means that an affiliate will be able to recruit horizontally whilst vertically the earning potential will be capped. In this case the unilevel structure is capped at level 6.

As for how much an affiliate will be able to earn in this manner, it’ll be dependant on their rank :

  • Brand Ambassadors earn 5% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
  • Team Builders earn 5% on levels 1 and 2
  • Team Leaders earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 10% on level 3
  • Senior Team Leaders earn 5% on levels 1 and 2, 10% on level 3 and 5% on level 4
  • Emerald Executives earn 5% on levels 1 and 2, 10% on level 3 and 5% on levels 4 and 5
  • 1-Star Emerald Executives earn 5% on levels 1 and 2, 10% on level 3 and 5% on levels 4 to 6
  • 2-Star Emerald Executives and higher earn 5% on levels 1 and 2, 10% on level 3, 5% on levels 4 and 5 and 10% on level 6

Various Other Bonuses

There are other bonuses such as a matching bonus and an infinity bonus but, they’re probably not worth looking into right now for new affiliates but, if you do want to check them out, watch the video below.

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS

Recruitment Is Essential For Your Success

A lot of the money that you’ll be able to make with Globalle will be through either recruitment commissions or from residual commission and of course both areas will scale depending on how good your skillset in recruitment is.

This is actually the case with pretty much every MLM out there so it’s not really surprising at all that Globallee has a similar pattern for success.

That’s why I won’t suggest joining Globallee unless you’re already good at recruitment or are willing to spend the time and money to get good at it.

The Products Are Really Expensive

The products that Globallee offer are pretty darn expensive so, that could be detrimental towards your success if you’re only making retail sales.

When you consider how competitive the health and wellness niche is and the plethora of cheaper and possibly better products in the market, the higher price tag isn’t going to benefit you all that well, especially when it comes to face to face sales.

On the other hand, I guess the commission will be higher per sale so you won’t need to move as much merchandise but, I still do believe the retail pricing of each one of Globallee’s products are a little too expensive.

Most People Are Likely To Fail

In terms or stats, having seen many tens of MLM income disclosure statement, despite the lack of one from Globallee (as it’s barely a year old) I can tell you that the majority of affiliates will fail.

Generally speaking, I’ve found that the top 5% of members tend to make at least $1k/month whilst only 1% are making money in the minimum wage full time range.

Maybe Globallee’s figures may be better however, all in all I doubt it’ll be too different from the stats I’ve mentioned above.

THE GOOD THINGS

There’s not really anything good I can point out when it comes to this company, it just seems like your generic health and wellness MLM.

IS GLOBALLEE A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?

No, Globallee is neither a pyramid scheme or a scam, it’s a legitimate MLM company but, as it is so new and in the very competitive health and wellness niche, I’d suggest thinking twice before joining.

Other factors such as the necessity to recruit in order to success, the expensive products and startup costs (relative to other businesses) and the really low chance of success within the MLM space, are a few reasons why it may not be worth the trouble of joining Globallee.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION

I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).

Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.

This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.

The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because

– there is no need to recruit constantly

– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products

– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.

The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.

If you have any questions that you would like to ask me regarding Globalle, feel free to do so in the comments section below and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you have your own thoughts about Globalle and would like to talk about it, again feel free to do so in the comments below!
