First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining Auvoria Prime. To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of Auvoria Prime so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.
What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at Auvoria Prime that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.
PRODUCT NAME: Auvoria Prime
OWNER/S: Sal Leto
TYPE OF PRODUCT: investment based MLM
PRICE: $299 + $199/month
SUMMARY: Yes, I personally do believe that Auvoria Prime is a pyramid scheme and a scam, one that you should not get involved with because if you do, unless you’re one the first to do so and become an affiliate at the top of the pyramid, you will not make any kind of money.
Besides, it shows quite a few red flags anyways such as recruitment being essential for success, the history of the owners and other directors being very shady, Auvoria essentially being a rebooted variation of 2 other fraudulent trading scams and of course the super expensive maintenance costs are the reasons why I would not suggest wasting your time and money on this very shady MLM.
FINAL RATING: 0/5
RECOMMENDED: NO!!
WHAT IS AUVORIA PRIME?

Auvoria Prime is trading bot based MLM company that only recently got started however, the company’s history and the history of the many individuals that work within it would lead me to believe that it’s probably not the business opportunity to pursue.
This is because it’s essentially a reboot and the third attempt at this particular niche with the other 2 attempts being SilverStar Live and Eaconamy.
Both of them collapsed as they were called out and eventually regarded as fraudulent scams, with SilverStar in particular getting sued by CFTC. As a result, a month after Eaconamy collapsed Auvoria came into the market.

Auvoria is currently headed by a pretty shady character in Sal Leto, who was actually the vice president of Eaconamy, along with its other main heads in Joshua Phair, Bill Whyne and Venessa Leto, all of which worked for Eaconamy previously.
Besides Sal’s history with Eaconamy he has aslo helped promote a couple other shady business opportunities in the past. He pretty much spearheaded the ponzi crypto Onecoin and when that didn’t work out he started promoting another institute in iPro Network. iPro Network was eventually sued by the SEC for $26 million as it was exposed to be a pyramid scheme.
There also other individuals within the company, such as the Director of Compliance called Mariska van de Langenberg, who has also previously promoted a pyramid scheme called 5 Star Signals.
Yherefore, in short the main task force behind Auvoria, to me at least, come across as way too untrustworthy considering their past antics within the industry.

AUVORIA PRIME PRODUCTS
Auvoria Prime offer individuals the ability to purchase trading bots that will provide automated returns through the trading signals they provide. The packages they sell include the following :
- Ainstein Package – $267 for access to an automated passive returns platform, then $189/month
- Alexander Package – $267 for access to trading signals
When you purchase one of the packages a “virtual assistant” mobile app and “forex education program” will be bundled with it.
The other products that Auvoria offer include the following :
- Airis – signals based on forex chart analysis for $39 a month
- Hailey – “A.I. trend scalping trade software”, marked “coming soon” on Auvoria Prime’s website but listed for $129 in the compensation plan
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH AUVORIA PRIME?
As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Auvoria Prime being no exception.
1. The first method is by directly selling the product to other individuals and in return make a commission for the sales
2. You make money through your recruits and downline, by getting residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.
HOW TO GET STARTED
If you want to become an Auvoria affiliate and in turn be eligible to earn from their compensation plan, you’ll need to purchase one of the following packages :
- Ainstein affiliate package – $299 and then $199 a month
- Alexander affiliate package – $299 and then $199 a month
These packages can then further be upgraded if you decide to invest another $19/month 0r $30/month although, I couldn’t really tell you what the benefits of the upgrade will be. Either way, just maintaining your membership within Auvoria is way too expensive anyways, which to me is a pretty big red flag considering the owners history.
The only reason for the sky high monthly fees, as far as I can tell, is that Auvoria wants to horde as much money as it can before it collapses or is called out and exposed by governing bodies within the securities field in the not so distant future.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
There are a few different ways to earn with Auvoria Prime if you decide to become an affiliate and I’ll be breaking down the core elements of them within this section of the review.
Firstly, in order to qualify for the plan besides purchasing and maintaining your monthly expenditure of the packages, you’ll also need to recruit at least 3 others individuals. This of course pushes the notion of the company relying on the money bought in by other affiliates, which is one sign that implies Auvoria isn’t being very legit.
You should also know that there are 11 different affiliate ranks that can be achieved which have the following criteria :
- Active Affiliate – generate and maintain 140 GV a month (31 days)
- Visionary – generate and maintain 560 PV a month
- Visionary 600 – recruit and maintain four affiliates and generate 13 Qualifying Group Points (min 4 points in four unilevel team legs)
- Visionary 1500 – maintain four personally recruited affiliates and generate 35 Qualifying Group Points
- Icon 3000 – recruit and maintain five affiliates and generate 90 Qualifying Group Points
- Icon 5000 – recruit and maintain six affiliates and generate 250 Qualifying Group Points
- Icon 10,000 – maintain six personally recruited affiliates and generate 500 Qualifying Group Points
- Auvorian 25K – recruit and maintain seven affiliates and generate 1250 Qualifying Group Points
- Auvorian 50K – recruit and maintain eight affiliates and generate 2500 Qualifying Group Points
- Auvorian 100K – recruit and maintain nine affiliates and generate 5000 Qualifying Group Points
- Auvorian Legend – recruit and maintain ten affiliates and generate 15,000 Qualifying Group Points
Recruitment Commissions
One way to make money with Auvoria as an affiliate is by selling either one of the packages. The commissions that an affiliate can gain from a sale includes the following :
- sale of an Ainstein or Alexander package = $40 commission
- sale of Airis doesn’t generate a commission
- sale of Hailey = $20 commission
Momentum Builder Bonus
This bonus takes into account the sales activity of an affiliate on a weekly period where they allocate company shares to affiliates from the points (PV) generated from package sales to retail customers or recruits.
The points per sale of a product include the following :
- Ainstein and Alexander packages generate 140 PV
- Hailey generates 70 PV
- whether Airis generates PV towards the Momentum Builder Bonus is not clarified
As for the points required to obtain shares, they are as follows :
- 420 PV = 1 share
- 840 PV = 2 shares
- 1120 PV = 3 shares
- 1260 PV = 4 shares
- 1400 PV = 5 shares
In regards to what these shares represent, they’re meant to be a share of the company bonus pool in which a percentage of the company revenue will be distributed to affiliates based on the number of shares they have accumulated.
Residual Commissions
The residual commissions are paid out in the form of a unilevel structure. This means that you’re able to recruit as many people as you can within each level, whether it be from your personal recruits or recruits below them. Auvoria pays its affiliates on a weekly basis based on their ranks within the company which are capped at the following amounts :
- Visionary – $40
- Visionary 600 – $150
- Visionary 1500 – $375
- Icon 3000 – $750
- Icon 5000 – $1250
- Icon 10,000 – $2500
- Auvorian 25K – $6250
- Auvorian 50K – $12,500
- Auvorian 100K – $25,000
- Auvorian Legend – $62,500

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
Recruitment Is Essential For Success
Although you can make commissions from selling packages to normal retail customers, the main way to make money as an affiliate for Auvoria will through recruitment.
In fact I’m pretty sure that it’s the money generated from recruitment that will mostly contribute to the amount of money distributed to affiliates. I’m also fairly certain that when recruitment dies down so will the Auvoria and its affiliates, particularly those at the bottom of the pyramid, will lose out on a lot of money.
The Owner Has A Shady History
The owner having worked within multiple ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes and now basically rebooting a failed and exposed MLM for the third time does make Auvoria come across as quite the shady establishment in my opinion.
In my experience I’ve found whenever a very untrustworthy individual is at the helm of a company, particularly based on their past endeavours, it usually does insinuate that screwing people over wouldn’t be too abnormal a thing for them to do.
The Previous Variations Of This Scheme Were Called Out As Fraudulent Institutes
The previous variations of Auvoria were both shut down with the first variation in SilverStar Signals even being fined by the CFTC for exploiting their trading polices.
Furthermore, because of the CFTC fraud settlement at $75k, Auvoria, which is mostly headed by US citizens does not even trade within the US. There’s obviously a reason for this, which I’m sure is related to SilverStar Signals shady past in the United States.
It’s Really Expensive
Having to pay essentially an auto ship monthly subscription of $199/month makes Auvoria one of the more expensive MLM’s that I’ve ever come across. On top of that you don’t even qualify for the compensation plan unless you recruit 3 others which is almost like kicking you more even when you’re down.
Afterall, if it’s mandatory to pay $199/month yet not even qualify for the majority of the compensation plan, you’ve really got to question a companies integrity and what their true motive is, of course I don’t think I need to tell you that I obviously do.
THE GOOD THINGS
Auvoria doesn’t display anything positive about how the business operates and definitely not from the owners and directors who work for it. Therefore, I’d highly recommend staying away from the company.

IS AUVORIA PRIME A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?
Yes, I personally do believe that Auvoria Prime is a pyramid scheme and a scam, one that you should not get involved with because if you do, unless you’re one the first to do so and become an affiliate at the top of the pyramid, you will not make any kind of money.
Besides, it shows quite a few red flags anyways such as recruitment being essential for success, the history of the owners and other directors being very shady, Auvoria essentially being a rebooted variation of 2 other fraudulent trading securities scams and of course the super expensive maintenance costs are the reasons why I would not suggest wasting your time and money on this very shady MLM.
MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).
Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because
– there is no need to recruit constantly
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.
The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.
