Gains Systems Review (A Scam Or Pyramid Scheme!?)(EXPOSED)

It’s likely that you have come across Gains Systems through an email list, on social media or got it recommended by a friend or family member.

Is Gains Systems a scam? The reasons why you’re here is because you have want answers right so, that’s what I’m going to provide for you within this Gains Systems review.

First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining Gains Systems. For all you could have known, the product could be a major scam so the fact you’re here right now, researching whether or not that’s the case is a pretty smart move on your part.

To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of Gains Systems so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.

What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at Gains Systems that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.

PRODUCT NAME: Gains Systems (GS)

OWNER/S: Ansari Afjal??

TYPE OF PRODUCT: Trading based MLM

PRICE: $10 minimum

SUMMARY: I personally do consider GS to be a pyramid scheme and a scam therefore, it’s pretty clear where I stand with this MLM company.

First of all, it has a ton of red flags from the fictitious owner name, the lack of information on any governing body like the SEC regulating the trades to the heavy emphasis on recruitment and members being unable to withdraw their funds

Many aspects of GS are similar to that of other pyramid schemes I’ve seen in the past so, it’s a given that I can not recommend you join GS if you legitimately want to make money online or off.

FINAL RATING: 0/5

RECOMMENDED: NO!

WHAT IS GAINS SYSTEMS?

Gains systems logo

GS is a high yields investment program whilst also incorporating a MLM structure for its business model. The company was founded in April 2019 and is currently an establishment located in Hong Kong.

The owner is supposedly a guy named Ansari Afjal but when I attempted to do research on him I couldn’t locate the individual therefore, it’s very likely to be the case that Ansari is a fictitious CEO.

Although GS is registered in Hong Kong, it’s not entirely concrete that they’re eligible to trade investments. This is obviously a major concern that you should be aware of before jumping the gun and joining.

The fact they’re not registered as an entity that trades means that they’re not approved by the SEC which in turn means they could do you over in the future. Moreover, this issue is major because at the current moment they’re not operating legally.

Now, If you’re curious about how they do the investments trading, GS uses a neural network which is based on an “advanced artificial intelligence that essentially carries out trades with maximized profits”. So they basically use a trading bot much like this other MLM I reviewed called NovaTech.

That was an entity I wasn’t all to impressed with, which is why to me, GS honestly doesn’t come across any different.

GAINS SYSTEMS PRODUCTS

GS don’t offer any physical products, this makes sense considering they’re a trading platform therefore, what’s offered is their AI trading bot and the ability to make investments in multiple different financial markets, such as :

  • Perfect Money
  • Bitcoin
  • TRON
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin etc.

There aren’t any restrictions to how much you can invest however, there is a minimum threshold for withdrawing your funds, which is $2.50, or 0.0015 BTC, 0.13 LTC, 0.06 ETH, 328 TRX. There’s a 48 hour waiting period which you’ll have to sit through before receiving your funds too.

HOW TO GET STARTED

If you want to join GS and be eligible for the compensation plan, you’ll need to sign up and then invest a minimum of $10. It’s a pretty cheap company to join but, as it is an investment based company, there’s a lot of risk in getting involved with them.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

In terms of how you’ll be able to make money with GS, there are 2 different methods, the first is meant to be through the investments you make and the second will be through your referrals.

Regarding the investments, GS claims that you will make a 3% daily profit in the weekdays on your investments whilst you’ll receive a 1.5% profit on the weekends.

I personally wouldn’t trust these claims because it is very difficult to promise gaurenteed results let alone 3% a day in the very volatile crypto and stock market.

Recruitment Commissions

This is the second way through which you can earn money and what it is, is a method through which you earn a percentage of the earnings your direct sponsors generate and everyone else that falls within the unilevel structure.

If you’re unfamiliar with what a unilevel structure is, in simple terms it’s a structure which allows for an infinite number of to be recruited horizontally whilst vertically the levsls through which you’ll be able to earn will be capped. In this case the unilevel structure is capped at the 5th level.

As for how much you’ll earn from your recruits, this will be determined by what level an affiliate falls on and the number of people within their downline team and as for what will be earned, it’ll be a a percentage of the investments the downline team makes.

You can earn the following percentages :

  • Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) : 7%
  • Level 2 : 3%
  • Level 3 : 1%
  • Levels 4 and 5 : 0.5%

These rates can increase once you rank much higher in the company to the following amounts :

  • Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) : 10%
  • Level 2 : 5%
  • Level 3 : 2%
  • Levels 4 and 5 : 1%

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS

Recruitment Seems To Be Very Important For Success

The main way to make money with the system isn’t through making investment, mostly because the investments don’t guarantee any form of profit. Therefore, it only makes sense that the main money making strategy would be recruitment.

This is actually very common amongst all MLM’s really. They all heavily emphasis recruitment to make big bucks but, unlike the more legitimate MLM’s out there which also have tangible products they sell, the fact GS only offer the opportunity to sell their membership and nothing else (this is a major red flag btw), is not good to put it bluntly.

So, although there is a small chance the AI trading may make you some profits, the main focus will still be on recruitment.

People Are Complaining About Not Being Able to Withdraw

Another issue is that people on trustpilot have complained that they were unable to withdraw any money once they invested into it.

Gains systems

This is obviously a major concern and when you also consider the fact that GS isn’t regulated properly by a governing body, it really begins to add on to the story of GS simply being a money grabbing pyramid scheme.

There Aren’t Any Tangible Products

This is another red flag that’s common among pyramid’s and ponzi’s. The lack of any tangible products is something that has widely been associated with pyramid schemes, especially since Mobe and digital altitude were exposed for offering essentially valueless systems with an intense focus on recruiting on top of that.

GS showing this characteristic along with the heavy emphasis on recruitment definitely doesn’t put it in a very positive light in my eyes.

Most People Will Fail

MLM’s are known to have very low success rates and this is generally proven through the income disclosure statements the more established companies have.

Of course GS is still a very new corporation therefore it doesn’t have it’s own income statement however, having seen tens of different statements over the years, I can still make an educated guess on what the annual earnings for members of GS are likely to be.

I’ve found that in most cases only around 5% of all members make a decent income of around $1k/month whilst only the top 1% of all members tend to generate around $2k+/month (A full time income basically).

So, if you for some reason are still super adamant in joining GS, just know that your chances of success will be very very low!

THE GOOD THINGS

There is absolutely nothing good I can point out about GS, everything about the company, in my opinion atleast, is no good so you should definitely avoid it if a friend or family member of yours has recommended it as a viable money making opportunity.

IS GAINS SYSTEMS A PYRAMID SCHEME/SCAM?

I personally do consider GS to be a pyramid scheme and a scam therefore, it’s pretty clear where I stand with this MLM company.

If you still want to learn a legitimate way to make money online however, then continue reading.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION

I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).

Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.

This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.

The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because

– there is no need to recruit constantly

– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products

– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.

The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.

If you have any questions that you would like to ask me regarding GS , feel free to do so in the comments section below and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you have your own thoughts about GS and would like to talk about it, again feel free to do so in the comments below!

Thanks
