PRODUCT NAME: Rypex Trade

OWNER/S: Phillip Orr and Albert Parson

TYPE OF PRODUCT: investment based MLM

PRICE: $50 minimum

SUMMARY: As far as I can tell Rypex Trade is very likely to be a pyramid scheme and a scam.

This is because it’s essentially committing securities fraud by not being registered under a securities governing body, the lack of retail products is another issue and of course the heavy reliance on recruitment is a huge red flag too.

FINAL RATING: 0/5

RECOMMENDED: NO!!

WHAT IS RYPEX TRADE?

Rypex Trade Logo

The Rypex Trade website doesn’t seem to offer too much information regarding who runs the company but on their YouTube we are shown a few more than likely fake owners being shown off. In this case its their CFO Albert Parson.

Another name is also thrown around, which is meant to be the CEO Phillip Orr. Rypex according to their website is meant to be a British company however, considering how easy it is to get incorporated in the UK this point doesn’t necessarily legitimise the opportunity.

Rypex is also an investment based MLM.

RYPEX TRADE PRODUCTS

Rypex Trade does not seem to offer any kind of retail products for non affiliate customers, the only thing that you can do is become an affiliate and then make an investment within the company.

The lack of retail products is actually quite a big red flag because the FTC tend to deem this as a pyramid scheme like characteristic, which obviously doesn’t bode well for Rypex.

HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH RYPEX TRADE?

There are 2 ways to make money with Rypex Trade :

1. The first method is by earning passive returns on your investments.

2. The second method is by recruiting others as well as moving in rank as a result.

HOW TO GET STARTED

If you simply want to join Rypex it is technically free to do however, if you also want to participate in the compensation plan, that will set you back between $50 to $1,000,000.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

There are quite a few different ways to make money as a Rypex affiliate and I’ll be breaking them down in this section of the review.

The first way you can make money with Rypex is from the returns on your investments, which in this case will be as such :

Rypex Trade affiliates invest funds on the promise of advertised returns.

  • Robo 1 – invest $50 to $300 and receive a 112% ROI over nine to twelve days
  • Robo 2 – invest $301 to $2000 and receive a 128% ROI over seventeen to twenty-four days
  • Trader 1 – invest $2001 to $15,000 and receive a 143% ROI over twenty-three to twenty-nine days
  • Trader 2 – invest $15,001 to $50,000 and receive a 169% ROI over thirty-one to thirty-nine days
  • Trader 3 – invest $50,001 to $500,000 and receive a 122% ROI over forty-one to fifty-one days

  • Binar 3 – invest $100,001 to $1,000,000 and receive a 410% ROI over eighty six to one hundred and twenty-one days

Referral Commissions

The referral commissions are paid out using a unilevel structure and of course will be reliant on an affiliates ability to recruit vertically and horizontally.

As for how much an affiliate will be eligible to earn, it’ll be as such :

  • (personally recruited affiliates), 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
  • Leader 2 ranked affiliates earn 6% on level 1, 2% on levels 2 and 3 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
  • Leader 3 ranked affiliates earn 7% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 to 6
  • Leader 4 ranked affiliates earn 8% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on levels 4 and 5, 1% on level 6 and 0.5% on levels 7 to 9
  • Leader 5 ranked affiliates earn 8% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on levels 4 and 5, 1% on level 6 and 0.5% on levels 7 to 9
  • Leader 6 ranked affiliates earn 8% on level 1, 5% on level 2, #% on levels 3 and 4, 2% on level 5, 1% on levels 6 and 7 and 0.5% on levels 8 to 11
  • Leader 7 ranked affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on levels 5 and 6, 1% on levels 7 to 9 and 0.5% on levels 10 to 12
  • Leader 8 ranked affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 4% on level 4, 2% on levels 5 and 6, 1% on levels 7 to 10 and 0.5% on levels 11 to 15
  • Leader 9 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 4% on level 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on levels 6 and 7, 1% on levels 8 to 13 and 0.5% on levels 14 to 18
  • Leader 10 ranked affiliates earn 12% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 and 4, 3% on levels 5 and 6, 2% on levels 7 and 8, 1% on levels 9 to 15 and 0.5% on levels 16 to 20

Rank Achievement Bonus

This is a bonus that’s paid whenever an affiliate manages to rank up.

The payments are onetime and are distributed in the following amounts :

  • Leader 2 – $100
  • Leader 3 – $250
  • Leader 4 – $500
  • Leader 5 – $1500
  • Leader 6 – $2000
  • Leader 7 – $5000
  • Leader 8 – $10,000
  • Leader 9 – $25,000
  • Leader 10 – $50,000

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS

The Business Is Heavily Reliant On Recruitment

The whole business model here is particularly reliant on an individuals ability to recruit others as that’s pretty much the only way new money will come into the company allowing it to continue functioning.

Of course the lack of retail products would suggest that it’s the primary way to make money with Rypex considering the investment returns being claimed are way to ridiculous to be realistic.

Afterall how likely do you think it is that any company could claim to double your money in as little as 9 days without having to gamble your luck.

Therefore, the only way Rypex could pay those returns to affiliates is through the new money coming in from newer recruits. This ultimately means that once recruitment stops, there’s a good chance that Rypex will collapse too.

It’s Committing Securities Fraud

Considering Rypex deals with passive investments, it is legally required that they be registered to their regions securities governing body however, as far as I can tell this doesn’t seem to be case.

This is of course a major red flag as it would indicate Rypex is committing securities fraud which I’m sure I don’t need to tell you is a major red flag.

THE GOOD THINGS

There is literally nothing good about Rypex, which says quite a lot about what I think of this opportunity.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION

I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).

Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.

This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.

The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because

– there is no need to recruit constantly

– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products

– and because it is free to start up, no unnecessarily large start up funds needed.

The service I recommend is Wealthy Affiliate. It’s free to sign up to and will get you set up and ready to start your affiliate marketing journey within minutes, as it did for me when I begun my journey.

If you have any questions that you would like to ask me regarding Rypex, feel free to do so in the comments section below and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you have your own thoughts about Rypex and would like to talk about it, again feel free to do so in the comments below!
