It’s likely that you have come across Vivri through an email list, on social media or got it recommended by a friend or family member.
Is Vivri a scam? The reasons why you’re here is because you have want answers right so, that’s what I’m going to provide for you within this Vivri review.
First and foremost I must commend you for actually doing a bit of extra research before committing to joining PRODUCT. For all you could have known, the product could be a major scam so the fact you’re here right now, researching whether or not that’s the case is a pretty smart move on your part.
To be fully transparent with you, I am personally not a member of Vivri so I can assure you that I will not attempt to sell you it unless of course it’s worth investing in.
What I will aim to do is provide you with an unbiased 3rd party look at Vivri that will hopefully help you to make the best decision you can in the end.

I personally would not recommend you join Vivri due to these reasons but, if you’re still for some reason are adamant on doing so, I won’t stop you.

WHAT IS VIVRI?
Vivri is a health and wellness MLM founded by CEO Daniel Chavez Saul and launched in. 2017. The company is currently based in USA Texas.
According to the about us page found on the company website Daniel is said to be a stanford university graduate who also happens to have studied economics within Harvard and previously worked as an investment banker in New York.
Now, its hard to gauge how true these statements are but, they do sound impressive right off the bat. Of course none of this background information really helps us to understand whether or not Daniel is experienced enough to run a nutritional MLM company but, the fact the company’s been around for 3 years must means he’s doing something right.
One thing worth noting is that the FTC quite recently got on their backs for trying to capitalise on the covid-19 situation however, they did address the fact thier supplements aren’t designed to cure the virus so I guess that does somewhat resolve this issue.

VIVRI PRODUCTS
Vivri offers a decent selection of products with their flagship product being the Shake Me! formula.
This can come either in the form of a normal 1.1kg pouch which will set you back $83.49 or as a vegan formula for the smae price.
As for some of the other nutritional products offered, they include the following :
- Power Me! – “an energizing, low calorie powdered drink derived from premium sources”
- Cleanse Me! – a “refreshing drink” that supposedly helps you “find your inner balance”
- Vivri Soups – “gourmet essential nutrition”
- Omega Me! – “a concentrated source of Omega-3 and Vitamin D”
They also provide personal care items found within their SENS brand. The products offered within this line up include the following :
- Royal Nourishing Cleanser – “natural renovating dermo cleanser”, retails at $22.99 a tube
- Monarch Eye Cream – “natural cream for eye contour and expression lines”, retails at $55.99 a bottle
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY WITH VIVRI?
As is the case with pretty much all MLM businesses there are 2 ways to make money with them, Vivri being no exception.
1. The first method is by directly selling the product to other individuals and in return make a commission for the sales
2. You make money through your recruits and downline, by getting residual income by following and meeting certain criteria as well as make money through bonuses and incentives due to meeting company set goals.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
The compensation plan is of course a very important document to learn if you’re serious about joining the company, which is why in this section of the review I’ll be going over some of its core aspects.
Firstly, I’ll breakdown the different affiliate ranks and the criteria necessary to achieve them.
- Consultant – generate and maintain 76 PV in autoship volume or 60 PV a month
- Coach – maintain 76 PV in autoship a month or 60 PV every two weeks, personally recruit and maintain one Consultant and generate 250 GV a month
- Entrepreneur – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume or 120 PV a month, personally recruit and maintain two Consultants and generate 1000 GV a month
- Advisor – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, personally recruit and maintain three Consultants and generate 2000 GV a month
- Ambassador – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 5000 GV a month
- Director’s Club – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 12,000 GV a month
- President’s Club – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 25,000 GV a month
- Founder’s Club – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 50,000 GV a month
- Diamond Heart Club – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 75,000 GV a month
- Double Diamond Heart Club – maintain 76 PV in autoship volume a month or 60 PV every two weeks, maintain three personally recruited affiliates and generate 150,000 GV a month
Retail Commissions
The first way an affiliate can make money with Vivri is by selling products found within the store personally. The commission rate here is a pretty decent at 30% per sale.
Recruitment Commissions
Every time an affiliate recruits another individual who purchases one of the kits, they’ll be eligible for a commission.
The rate is 25% for an executive kit and 50% for an imperial kit.
Residual Recruitment Commissions
If an affiliate signs up by purchasing an imperial kit, they qualify for this bonus. The residual commissions are paid out following a unilevel structure that caps out at the 5th level.
The commissions paid are as a percentage of the Smart Start Kit sales volume generated across these levels as follows :
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 50%
- levels 2 to 5 – 2%
The levels 2 – 5 residual income can be further increased if an affiliate is also signed to a monthly autoship plan.
Residual Commissions
The normal residual commissions are also paid out following a unilevel structure but this time the cap is at the 9th level.
This commission is paid out as a percentage of the sales volume generated across the 9 levels which is distributed as follows :
- Consultants earn 10% on level 1
- Coaches earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on level 2
- Entrepreneurs earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
- Advisors earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 4
- Ambassadors earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 5
- Director’s Club ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 6
- President’s Club ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 7
- Founder’s Club ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 8
- Diamond Heart and Double Diamond Heart Club ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 9
There are also various other bonuses such as the lifestyle global bonus, the generation bonus, rank achievement bonus, power teams global bonus, car bonus, auto ship bonus and the Diamond hearts global pool bonus.

THE NOT SO GOOD THINGS
Recruitment Is Crucial For Success
Although it isn’t necessarily the only way to make money with Vivri, recruitment will still play a crucial role on whether you’ll succeed with the MLM or be wasting your time.
This is actually a very common thing amongst MLM’s as a whole that’s why I say that if you’re not already good at recruitment or just aren’t willing to get good at it, it’s best to avoid the MLM opportunity.
Furthermore, the fact autoship is heavily encouraged throughout the whole opportunity is a huge red flag too as it basically means recruits are funding the company and not the non affiliate customers buying the products, which is what should be the case.
Due to this factor, you could even argue that Vivri’s heavy reliance on recruiting and autoship purchases is a indicative of it being a pyramid scheme.
It’s Pay To Play
The fact that certain elements of the compensation plan requires you to invest in the more expensive starter kits is another red flag.
I say this because other MLM’s that have used this structure, primarily MOBE which is of course now a very notorious pyramid scheme, were shut down by the FTC for being pay to play.
The Chances Of Success Are Low
Although Vivri isn’t very transparent about how much affiliates are making, having seen the income statements from many other MLM opportunities, I do have a pretty good idea as to how much affiliates are likely to be making.
In general I’ve found that only around the top 5% of affiliates tend to make a decent income of around $1k/month whilst a measly 1% make a full time income of around $2k/month.
Of course this is just a roundabout estimation but, I doubt it’s too far off from reality.
THE GOOD THINGS
There really isn’t anything that stands out about Vivri in my opinion.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I personally will always recommend against using a MLM business model to make money, not because you can’t make money through it (you totally can) but, the system has always seemed shady to myself and is kinda synonymous with the likes of a pyramid scheme or scams (MOBE and Digital altitude).
Instead I prefer working with something created through ones own means and is ultimately dependent on yourself and your work ethic alone.
This method I’m talking about is affiliate marketing.
The reasons as to why I recommend it over MLM based structures are because
– there is no need to recruit constantly
– it is a legitimate method that has been working consistently and continues to grow as more businesses want individuals to promote products
